Our growing production capacity.

In 2024, with the vision of completely eliminating external dependency, we established our integrated production facility that brings all manufacturing processes together under one roof. Built on a total area of 8,000 square meters, our facility offers a modern and high-capacity production infrastructure with 3,000 square meters of indoor manufacturing space.

Within our facility, all critical production processes — including CNC laser cutting, press brake bending, rolling, and electrostatic powder coating — are carried out entirely in-house. This enables us to directly control every stage of production while achieving maximum efficiency in terms of speed, flexibility, and quality.

Thanks to our integrated manufacturing structure, we minimize outsourcing and eliminate delays that may arise from supply processes, allowing us to complete projects on schedule and in line with high-quality standards. At the same time, through the strict quality control procedures applied at every stage, we ensure the durability and reliability of our products.

CNC Laser Cutting

Thanks to our high-precision CNC laser cutting technology, metal components are processed with minimal tolerance. This system enables even complex geometrical parts to be cut quickly, accurately, and smoothly. As a result, we achieve both time efficiency and high-quality production standards.

Press Brake Bending

Our press brake bending machines enable us to shape sheet metals of various thicknesses and specifications with high precision at the desired angles and dimensions. Thanks to repeatability and accuracy, consistent quality is maintained in mass production, ensuring smooth assembly processes.

Roll Bending

With our roll bending line, cylindrical, conical, and oval-shaped components are manufactured with high precision. This process provides both aesthetic appearance and structural integrity, especially for products requiring custom forms.

Electrostatic Powder Coating

Our electrostatic powder coating facility provides homogeneous surface coating, ensuring high durability and long service life. Carried out with an environmentally friendly production approach, this process protects our products against external factors while enhancing their aesthetic appearance.
